7 Signs but in a nutshell, for us they are:
- What Employers Want
A lot of 7 Signs training is about jobseekers seeing themselves through employers' eyes. It changes everything. If you are set on work you’d enjoy that plays to your strengths, success is much more likely to follow. If you're into IT, you might not get that gardener's position. On the other hand, it shines through when the job is in an area you're interested in - Skills

One all the other signs are switched on, you'll be really driven to succeed. This cannot fail to come across to anyone but it's worth remembering to demonstrate this through actions as well as words
